Independent Expert Services Agreement

This agreement is between Huzzle Labs Ltd ("Huzzle Labs") and Marcus Webb ("the Expert"). It governs the provision of expert services for the training and evaluation of AI systems.

1. Engagement

The Expert is engaged as an independent contractor under the role of Expert Contributor — Insurance. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or agency.

2. Compensation

Huzzle Labs will pay the Expert $110.00 per hour for time worked and approved. Invoicing and payment run through Huzzle Labs' contractor payment provider. Payment is due within 30 days of an approved invoice.

3. Term and notice

This agreement takes effect on Wed Aug 12 2026 and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.

4. Confidentiality

The Expert will not disclose any non-public material relating to Huzzle Labs, its clients, its models, or its evaluation methods, during or after the engagement.

5. Intellectual property

All work product created under this agreement is assigned to Huzzle Labs on creation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Independent judgement

The Expert warrants that contributions reflect their own professional judgement and that they hold any licences or registrations they have declared.
