Data Scientist — AI Training Projects (Contract, Remote)

Huzzle Labs builds RL environments and human data for frontier AI labs. We are hiring experienced data scientists for an OpenAI project, engaged as hourly contractors on a fully remote basis within the United States. You will apply your own data science expertise to AI training tasks: building and reviewing reinforcement learning environments and producing expert human data that is used to train and evaluate frontier AI systems. The work is judgement-heavy — deciding what a correct, rigorous answer looks like in your domain, and documenting it clearly enough that another data scientist would agree. What you will do • Build and review RL environments and tasks that reflect real data science work. • Produce expert human data: worked solutions, ratings and written rationales. • Apply the project guidelines consistently, flag ambiguous cases and help refine them. • Work in batches and meet turnaround targets. What we are looking for • At least 3 years of professional data science experience. • Based in the United States. • Fluent English, written and spoken. • Careful and detail-oriented, with clear written reasoning. • Available to start immediately.
