Strategic Project Lead

Huzzle Labs builds RL environments and human data for frontier AI labs. We recruit and run large cohorts of domain experts and deliver the data and environments labs use to train their next models. We're hiring a Strategic Project Lead, based in San Francisco. This is a client-facing role: you own the relationship with our most strategic frontier lab and the delivery behind it. What you'd do: - Work directly with lab counterparts to scope what a project needs: task design, expert profile, quality bar, timeline. - Stand up and run the expert cohort for each project, working with our recruiting and operations teams. - Hold quality: review output, tighten rubrics and instructions, fix problems before the client sees them. - Report progress to the client and expand the work as the account grows. Who we're looking for: - Current or previous experience as a Strategic Project Lead, Strategic Project Associate or member of program staff - Comfortable owning a client relationship directly, not behind an account manager. - Able to work at speed and make judgment calls on quality without waiting for direction.
