About the work

Evaluate AI assistants on real administrative workflows: prior authorisations, claims coding, patient scheduling, and correspondence. You'll judge accuracy, tone, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Review 30–50 interactions a week.
• Flag PHI-handling and consent issues.
• Suggest better phrasings for patient-facing text.

You're a fit if

• 3+ years in healthcare administration, medical billing, or practice management.
• Familiar with ICD-10/CPT coding and payer workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in a hospital revenue-cycle team.

Contract and payment terms

• Confidential material is handled under the NDA in your agreement.
• Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise once time is approved.
• Not available to holders of H-1B or STEM OPT status.
