About the work

Author realistic FP&A and corporate-finance tasks — budgeting scenarios, variance analyses, board-pack questions — and grade model responses against a rubric you help write.

What you'll do

• Write 4–6 tasks a week, each with a worked answer and rubric.
• Grade model outputs and explain, in plain language, where they go wrong.
• Calibrate with two other experts monthly.

You're a fit if

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance.
• You have owned a budget or a board pack end to end.
• You write clearly and can explain a variance to a non-finance reader.

Nice to have

• Experience in a PE-backed or public company.
• You've taught or mentored analysts.

How it works

1. Apply with your résumé and a short survey — about ten minutes.
2. Take the relevant interview once; it counts for every listing that needs it.
3. Hear back within 1–14 days. If it's a match, you'll get an offer with a rate and a start date.

Contract and payment terms

• You work as an independent contractor through Huzzle Labs.
• Fully remote; you set your own schedule within the project's needs.
• Projects can be extended or shortened based on demand and quality.
• Confidential material is handled under the NDA in your agreement.
• Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise once time is approved.
• Not available to holders of H-1B or STEM OPT status.
